The transportation department is in charge of overall transportation-related tasks, including comprehensive transportation planning, public transportation and green transportation, transportation system improvement (TSM), wide-area transportation, traffic impact analysis, improvement measures, traffic safety, and the vulnerable. We are establishing the best transportation system with the best professional manpower in Korea. In addition, in an effort to achieve an intelligent transportation system in the 21st century, we are expanding the design area to advanced road systems such as ITS, AHS, and Smart Highway, and we are also putting our heart and soul into building a human-centered, eco-friendly transportation system.
